Service Description
Fridays Only The Tipsy Hammock party venue caters to 100 guests, with safe and secure parking. Have a look at our additional services that can be included in our flexible pricing packages. Please note that a refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is required. This amount is not included in the quoted price and will be invoiced separately. The security deposit will be refunded to the customer after an inspection has been conducted post-event, provided no damages are incurred. To cancel or reschedule, don't hesitate to contact us at least 14 days before the scheduled date. Cancellation terms & conditions apply. Please note that venue bookings are only confirmed once the full payment, excluding the security deposit, has been received. Should the payment not be reflected in our bank account, we reserve the right to place alternative bookings on the same date and time.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to management. The following cancellation terms apply: More than 60 days before the event --- 50% of deposit forfeited 30–59 days before the event --- 100% of deposit forfeited 15–29 days before the event --- 75% of total booking fee forfeited 14 days or less before the event --- 100% of total booking fee forfeited No refunds or credits will be issued for non-arrival, late arrival, or early departure. Bookings may not be transferred to another person or date without written approval from management. Management reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, venue damage, or force majeure. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered at management’s discretion.
